Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If the parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately with your order number.

Undeliverable Orders

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
After 24 hours, cancellations are accepted only at the discretion of Sanjar Creation
Late cancellations may be refunded through a store credit voucher

Items purchased during Sale are not eligible for refunds
Customized or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable
Orders placed via video call (Facetime/Skype) cannot be cancelled after confirmation

Order Delays
Handcrafted products may require additional time depending on detailing and finishing. We may contact you for approvals or measurements, which can extend processing time. Once a product goes into production, cancellation is not possible.
