Delivery Timelines

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the delivery location:

• Metros & Tier-1 Cities: 3–4 working days

• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–6 working days

• Rural / Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

• International Orders: 7–14 working days

All orders are shipped through trusted partners such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, Bluedart, DTDC, and FedEx.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1200

• Orders below ₹1200: ₹100 shipping charge

• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout

• Customs duties, if applicable, must be paid by the customer

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

• Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email/WhatsApp/SMS

• Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch

Packaging

All products are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If the parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery,
please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately with your order number.

We will assist you with a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Undeliverable Orders

Shipments may be marked undeliverable due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Wrong phone number

• No response to delivery attempts

• Refusal to accept the parcel

If a package returns to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

• After 24 hours, cancellations are accepted only at the discretion of Sanjar Creation

• Late cancellations may be refunded through a store credit voucher

• Cancellation requests are accepted only via phone or email

Sale & Customized Orders

• Items purchased during Sale are not eligible for refunds

• Customized or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable

• Orders placed via video call (Facetime/Skype) cannot be cancelled after confirmation

Refunds

• Approved cancellations or returns will be refunded within 10 business days

• Refund timelines may be longer during festive or high-volume periods

Order Delays

Handcrafted products may require additional time depending on detailing and finishing.
We may contact you for approvals or measurements, which can extend processing time.
Once a product goes into production, cancellation is not possible.
