Packaging

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If the parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery,
please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately with your order number.

Undeliverable Orders

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
After 24 hours, cancellations are accepted only at the discretion of Sanjar Creation
Late cancellations may be refunded through a store credit voucher
Cancellation requests are accepted only via phone or email

Orders placed via video call (Facetime/Skype) cannot be cancelled after confirmation
